As a machine, he shows unrestrained loyalty. First it was towards humans; however. his system was corrupted, and now it is a monster working for evil.
Techno Dragon was the 3rd installment to the Dragon Weapon Unit made during the Ancient War against Moo. He went berserk and his energy ran out. The rest were either destroyed by Moo or the humans as a precaution. Reawakened, Techno Dragon is currently in charge of the urban city that he was built. It now conquers the ancient capital, one of the remote urban cities from ancient times.
