Dawn of End, alternatively Ω Meiō Shinwa (Ω冥王神話), is a fanfic based on Saint Seiya Omega, combining the derivative work's Hades Saga and spinoff THE LOST CANVAS.
Ideas/Creation & Concept
Once again impressed by the Seiya fans, MGW thought of this story in 2015. Taking place after 2nd season, but many details are still in the works, including changes from the Pallasbeda battle. So far, it has been decided that Ikki and Kiki are deceased. MGW is expecting a "long series".
As the story was published near the end of March, the official title was decided. Alternatively, it's still called Ω Meiō Shinwa, Seiya Omega: Return of Hades, or Omega: Hades Chapter.
Story

Months, nearly a year, after the defeat of Saturn (Season 2 of Seiya Omega), Kouga returns to the Sanctuary, only to see the death of a longtime friend.
A new Holy war is declared, but the Saints face obstacles in their way; a Goddess's revenge prevents them from reuniting, and for three days Athena senses an imbalance in the Cosmos. Are the stars of Leo Minor (Lionet), Wolf, Aquila, Cygnus, and Dragon fluctuating?

Bronze Saints (Main)
- Pegasus Kouga
- (天馬座の光牙; Kōga de Pegaso) The successor of Pegasus Bronze cloth after Seiya. For the sake of the Earth, he fought Mars, Absu, and Saturn. He has an unyielding spirit and straightforward. Has a soft side for Saori (Athena).[1] Kouga traveled with Eden after the battle with Saturn, but inevitably had to return to Sanctuary.
- Lionet Souma
- (仔獅子の蒼摩; Sōma de León Menor) Young man who dons the Leo Minor Cloth of fire, succeeding Ban. He has a lively, lighthearted atmosphere. After the Mars war, he became an instructor for Pallestra, and re-ignited his flame of justice while fighting the army of Pallas. After Saturn, Souma returned to being an instructor, assisting the Steel Saints, but he witnesses a familiar trauma.
- Aquila Yuna
- (鷲座のユナ) An affectionate female Saint. Losing her family and friends, she was trained by the Peacock Saint, and gradually grew a strong bond with Koga and the others.
- Dragon Ryuho
- (龍座の龍峰) The successor of Dragon Cloth and the son of its previous owner, Shiryu. Gentle, and was once a sickly boy, Ryuho's compassion has made him strong.
- Wolf Haruto
- (狼座の栄斗) Young man who dons the Wolf Cloth after Nachi, a descendant of ninja and is a music enthusiast. In fact he was in a rock band and lost his meaning to fight until Pallas. A cool guy and a hard-worker, but carries passionate thoughts inside.[2]. Haruto serves in the new iteration of Fuji Ninja, becoming more modern, agreeing to provide intel for Athena's Saints. Haruto's feelings burn towards Tokisada's pitiful behavior.
- Orion Eden
- (オリオン座のエデン) The son of a God. He used to believe that "weak people shouldn't exist". After witnessing the death of his best friend, the cruel methods of Mars, and how beautiful the Earth is, the cool Eden has come to the decision to protect humans. At the end of the Saturn War, he travels with Koga.
- Cygnus Hyoga
- One of the Legendary Bronze Saints who fought alongside Pegasus Seiya. Next nomination for the Aquarius Cloth, however he is hesitant to joint the 12 Temples.
- Andromeda Shun
- One of the Legendary Bronze Saints who fought alongside Pegasus Seiya.
- Phoenix Ikki
- One of the Legendary Bronze Saints who fought alongside Pegasus Seiya. He was killed against First Class Pallasite Aegaeon during the War of Pallasbeda.
Silver Saints
- Ophiuchus Shaina
- (蛇遣い星座のシャイナ; Shaina de Ofiuco) Saint who trained Koga. She greeted Koga and Eden as they returned to the Sanctuary, and along with Miguel, Menkar, and Bayer, she confronted the new enemy speaking with Athena.
- Hound Miguel
- (猟犬座のミゲル; Miguel de Perros de Caza) Along with Menker and bayer, he was sent to retrieve Koga and Eden. Casa means hunting game.
- Whale Menkar
- (白鯨星座のメンカル; Menkar de Ballena) Along with Miguel and Bayer, he was sent to retrieve Koga and Eden.
- Boötes Bayer
- (牛飼い座のバイエル; Bayer de Boyero) Along with Miguel and Bayer, he was sent to retrieve Koga and Eden. A Sailver Saint with glasses.
Pope and Gold Saints
- Sagittarius Seiya
- (射手座の星矢) Legendary Bronze Saint Pegasus. Surviving the war of Pallas and Saturn, he still stands by Athena. His Cloth has been upgraded during the battle with Titan.
- Virgo Fudo
- (乙女座のフドウ) The Gold Saint of Condemnation and Salvation. Current Gold Saint chosen by his friend Ludwig, the vessel of Mars. After Mars's defeat, he concerned himself over where he belonged, and to face the new world with Athena. He, along with Seiya, protected Athena from Demeter and her dark warriors. he is tasked to research on the revival of the Underworld.
- Libra Shiryu
- One of the Legendary Bronze Saints who fought alongside Pegasus Seiya.
- Gemini Integra
- (双子座のインテグラ) Current Gold Saint representing Gemini after her sister's betrayal. She buries her sister, coped that she has passed on without regrets...she is trapped in between a lattice fence.
- Pope
- The new Pope, unlike those who precedes him, looks burly and has a rough temperament. He accepts Demeter's declaration of war by saying "he'll break the enemy's bones". Could it be?!

- Consist of three Celestial Star Specters: Wyvern Rhadamanthys (ワイヴァーンのラダマンティス), Griffin Minos, and Garuda Aiacos.

- Guardian of the Prison of Ice, Cocytus.
- Amor
- Formerly the Pisces Saint that served Mars; he was killed by Abzu-Koga. Possessing a spirit of darkness and a calm maliciousness, especially burning with hatred from the Bronze Saints and his sister, he was easy to revive. He loves theater and still likes Yuna?
- Sonia
- Formerly the Scorpio Saint that served Mars; she was betrayed by her stepmother and killed. She was revived, and her disciplinary nature, and her envy to make someone proud makes Sonia an easy pawn for Demeter. She burns the rage of Souma.
- Schiller
- Formerly the Cancer Saint that served Mars; killed by Yuna and Koga. He serves Hades easily because, well, he loves death. Both he and the God are one in the same, serving as a balance between life and death.
- Tokisada
- Formerly the Aquarius Saint under Mars and a Pallasite. He seeks revenge; his trickery seemingly kills Hyoga and he goes after Haruto.
- Paradox
- Formerly the Gemini Saint and a Pallasite. Her hatred burns towards her sister, making her an easy pawn for Demeter and Hades.
- Genbu
- Genbu's honor is still around; he will appear in the future against the Dragons.
- Kiki
- What is Kiki's role? His revival seems unreasonable.
New Characters
- Demeter
- (Δημήτηρ; デーメーテール) A beautiful woman of white hair. She wishes to see her daughter. Like Athena, she is a deity. Deity of harvest, she cries during the winter equinox. A core antagonist; she also has a fearful temper. She was able to revive Athena's Saints on the Earth with Suplice for only three days, following their lifecycle with Thesmophoria flowers. She is Hades's sister.
- Asklepios
- (Ἀσκληπιός; アスクレーピオス) In the stone prison of Tartarus. Such thing remained a secret, but it weaves around the plot to revive Hades as his "redemption".
- Cancer Hermes
- (Ἑρμῆς; 蟹座 のヘルメース) Just like his name suggests, he priorities sending souls to the dead, but isn't he conspiring with Demeter? His appearance does announce trouble. He has raven black hair and impish eyes. Worked in a clergy during youth. Has a bird named Agron.

- Saint (Santo)
- (聖闘士; セイント) The Kanji stands for "star warrior". A warrior of justice who fights for the Goddess Athena, and is guarded by one of the 88 constellations. The stars of each constellation serve as a vital point; in LOST CANVAS, every time a Saint died, his constellation faded from Hades's planetarium-like projection hall. The Saints boast superhuman ability and are divided into three classifications - Bronze (48), Silver (24), and Gold (12). The Gold Saints represent the Twelve Zodiac signs. Also, a Bronze's fist speed is Mach 1, while a Gold is Mach 2 - 5.
- Cloth
- (聖衣; クロス) Kanji stands for "star robe". The protective armor (armadura) of the Saint, modelling its constellation. Offensive and defensive ability increases, but a Cloth becomes a heavy piece of armor when there is a low cosmos surge, or can reject the wearer. There are three Saint cloths: Bronze (青銅聖衣; ブロンズクロス）、Silver, (白銀聖衣; シルバークロス）、Gold (黄金聖衣; ゴールドクロス）. The Cloths are also called Vestidura Sagrada (holy garment) or Manto Sagrado (holy cloak).
- Cosmos
- (小宇宙; コスモ) The Kanji stands for "microcosm" or "galaxy". Cosmos are the internal energy within Saints burn and utilized in battle. It is proportional to spiritual strength and concentration. Also, blocking the five senses can enlarges cosmo.
- Holy War (La Guerra Santa)
- (聖戦) An intense battle that happens every several hundred years where Athena faces her greatest foe, particularly the Kind of the Underworld Hades.
- Specter (Espectro)
- (冥闘士; スペクター) Kanji stands for "dead warrior". The 108 warriors of Hades, King of the Underworld. Inspired by the novel Shui Hu Zhuan (水滸傳), commonly known as as "Water Margin", the specters are divided into "Celestial Stars" (天星) and "Terrestrial Stars" (地星).
- Suplice (sapuri)
- (冥衣; サープリス) Kanji stands for "dead robe". The shiny, black armors of the underworld primarily worn by the Specters. When dead saints are revived by Hades, they wear an imitation surplice of the cloths worn during lifetime.
- Pope Hall (Cámara del Patriarca)
- (教皇の間) The place where the the commander of the Saints reside. Furthermore, only the Pope is allowed to enter Star Hill (スターヒル) where he observes the stars and the fate of chosen saints. Also called Pope Chamber.
- Sanctuary (santuario)
- (聖域; サンクチュアリ) The place where Athena and her Saints live and train. Located in Greece.
- Twelve Zodiac Temples (Las Doce Casas; the Twelve Houses)
- (黄金十二宮) Before the Pope Hall and Atena's Temple are palaces named after the twelve zodiac constellations. A Gold Saint guards each one.
